Fibre Optics
We are the first developer in Indonesia to have installed a state of the art fibre optic ring loop which links all three buildings, creating a Tenant community intranet and allowing high speed broadband internet access. We are very aware that the internet will play an increasingly important role in business in the future, and we are anticipating this by making the Complex "Internet Ready". The ring will provides Tenants with unprecedented speed and clarity in electronic communications and instant access to internet services and facilities of their choice.

Air Conditioning
Each buiding is served by a central air conditioning installation with spare equipment capacity which allows uninterrupted services even during maintenance shutdowns. Tenants can control the temperature in their offices either by adjusting their thermostats or by asking the technicians in the BMS Control Room to make a remote electronic adjustment. The World Trade Center Building has facilities which allow Tenants to operate their own 24-hours air conditioning for computer rooms.

Power Supply
Each building is served by at least two separate PLN power generating plants, making power cuts much less likely. However, these do sometimes occur, therefore, each building has its own independent 100% capacity emergency power diesel driven generators. The generators start up automatically as soon as there is a cut in city power supplies. All three buildings can operate for at least three days at full load and for up to two weeks at minimum service levels.

Elevators
Each building has high speed, large capacity passenger lifts, with an average waiting times of less than 30 seconds. In addition there is an extra heavy duty service lift with a capacity of more than 1800 kgs. Lifts can be controlled both manually and automatically and are fully computer programmed to respond to actual demand for maximum efficiency. The World Trade Center Building also has a key card operatied executive lift.

Lights and Underfloor Trunking
The buildings have a light level of 500 lux with light boxes at 1.25 metres intervals for even light distribution. An efficient grid system for maximum flexibility of services is provided with the floor screed.
