Jakarta Land is a private investment joint venture company established in 1973. The main business activity of the Company is to acquire prime land in Jakarta’s CBD and develop first class.
The company has exclusive development rights buildings over an 8 hectare (20 acre) site. The company operates, manages and markets its own office buildings.

With a strategy to maximise the potential of the Metropolitan site and maintain its reputation as the premier business address, we are undertaking following :

   Renovation Works for the Existing Portfolio
   Restart construction of the WTC II Development
   Improve the retail offering
   Enhance the amenities and immediate environment
   On going review of the further development potential of the complex.
